2011-07-25 [windowframe]: Tournament badging explanations can be found in ET Roleplayers. For submitting a char, you receive +1 phase, for round 2, you receive +2 phase, for competing in round three, +3 phase, for winning: full-colour.

Could people please remember not to chatter, so that the following comment doesn't get bumped off the page, please:

If your character is still on the list, then congratulations, you're into round 2. It will begin in a few days. :)
